Certified Restaurant

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of certifiedrestaurant.com and the Certified Restaurant program operated by Certified Restaurant Services. By using our site or enrolling, you agree to them.

About the program

Certified Restaurant is a private, independent standards and managed-services program. Certification reflects a restaurant's enrollment in our back-of-house services and adherence to our published program criteria. It is not a government, health-department, or regulatory certification, and it does not replace any license, permit, or inspection required by law.

Services & partners

Physical services (used-oil collection, grease-trap cleaning, hood cleaning, fire-suppression service, pest control, and others) are performed by licensed, insured service partners coordinated by Certified Restaurant. Service availability, scheduling, rebates, and pricing depend on your location, volume, and applicable market conditions, and may change.

Rebates & quotes

Used-cooking-oil rebates and any quotes are estimates based on current market conditions and the information you provide, and are not guaranteed until confirmed in a written service agreement. Oil value fluctuates with market and regulatory factors.

Your responsibilities
